Organic Castor Oil is one of the best moisturizers for your skin due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can help heal bug bites and rashes. It can help smoothe lines and wrinkles. It can also help allieviate inflammation in joints when applied topically. It is not recommended for internal use. Castor oil packs can be used externally on abdomen.

Clearing Your Energy
Clearing the auric field and energizing yourself for the day can be as easy as taking a bath. Yep! A daily soak with either a cup or 2 of epsom salts or baking soda along with your favorite essential oil(s) will clear your aura and rejuvenate your energy field. If you can't do a bath, then shower while visualizing the water flowing out of the tap onto your crown chakra is divine white light which washes over and surrounds your aura, clearing anything from your field that does not serve you.
Grounding Yourself
As you clear your energy field, you also want to ground yourself. It is important to connect to source---to the Earth energy and to the Divine/Universe/God energy. Visualize your auric field (energy field) and send a grounding cord from your root chakra into the Earth down to the core and connect to it. Visualize a stream of white-golden light from your crown chakra shooting up to the divine and connecting with the universe/God energy. Stand for a few minutes everyday barefoot on the ground
